Started teaching in 1980, Graduated From UCC in 1988, Taught Holy Child College, Takoradi1988-1990, Taught at Christ The King Catholic Senior High School, 1990-1998, Taught at Akrkerri  Training College 1998- 2006, became a Principal, Mount Mary Training College, 2005-2009 Then became District Director of Education, 2009-2011,  became a Divisional Director At Ges Headquarters, 2011- 2012, Become A Regional Director of Education in the Central Region, Cape Coast, 2012- 2015, and was The Director General Of The Ghana Education Service, 2015-22017, Taught At College For Community and Organizational Development, 2021-August, 2023 and Currently Teaching at the Catholic University Of Ghana, Fiapre-Sunyani, from September 2023 and still at Post.
